We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Senior Support Engineer looking to work for an industry leading Software Firm within the Pharmaceutical Industry. In order to expand we are seeking talented Support Engineers to join our U.S. team for a position in Cary, NC. Support Engineers provide key support after the deployment of Werum’s MES solution PAS-X and work closely with Werum’s Subject Matter Experts and respective Client IT to ascertain successful resolution of IT challenges in regulated environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual looking to gain firsthand support experience throughout the US, Canada & Caribbean. The ideal candidate should have a technical background, design and development experience with Java, debugging skills, must enjoy interaction with customers, have excellent communication skills, be willing to travel for project needs and enjoy a fast paced work environment.
