For our location in L√ľneburg we are looking for a

Manager Sales & Business Consulting Europe (m/w)

Tasks:

  • Assume responsibility for sales throughout EMEA: from lead generation to final contract negotiations
  • Identify and acquire potential customers
  • Lead new sales acquisitions
  • Present Werum and PAS-X to prospective customers
  • Map target customer organizations and identify key contacts
  • Participate at trade shows and conferences
  • Map customer requirements to MES functionality and demonstrate technical solutions
  • Travel to client locations throughout EMEA for onsite visits and workshops (approx. 50%)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience and knowledge in technical sales in EMEA
  • Knowledge of key IT systems used in manufacturing environments preferred
  • A Bachelor of Science or Business Administration Degree is required; a Master of Science/Business Administration Degree is preferred
  • Familiarity with the GMP / Pharma environment and knowledge of pharmaceutical processes are a plus
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as persuasive presentation skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Persistent in pursuing sales leads
  • Ability to quickly learn software functionality for demonstration & consulting purposes
