For our location in Berlin we are looking for

Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks:

  • Work cross-functionally on setting the B2B demand gen strategy and campaign development

  • Build and scale a performance marketing program that achieves lead and pipeline goals

  • Set lead and pipeline targets, manage program budgets as well as measure and analyze the campaigns impact

  • Launch integrated campaigns leveraging a diverse range of digital marketing disciplines

  • Lead and mentor demand gen campaign managers across Business areas globally

  • Build a deep understanding of the target prospect and their needs; apply thoughtful data-driven, segmentation approaches to effectively reach them

Qualifications:

  • Above average degree in economics, marketing or comparable

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience

  • Track record of hitting B2B pipeline targets and generating revenue

  • Experienced with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce and Marketing automation like Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo

  • Experience working with a variety of marketing channels

  • Strong analytical skills and mindset able to assess data to derive future strategies and campaign optimizations

  • Track record of building a demand gen program executing in addition to setting the strategy

  • Experience building strong relationships across Marketing, Product Management and Sales teams

  • Fluency in English, German skills are a plus
