For our location in Berlin we are looking for
Develop and execute a global social media strategy (channel & content) for all social media channels, in close alignment with the company’s communication strategy;
Lead day by day operations related to all phases of Social Media management and content creation (ideation, content calendar, cross-team coordination for content production, community management, tracking, reporting)
Provide new ideas to engage with both existing and potential audiences on Social Media and our online communities
Drive brand awareness, engagement, organic inbound traffic and customer satisfaction
Support the international expansion of our communities
Build and maintain our digital community, especially on digital channels and live events.
Support local Business Area marketing specialists with development and execution of local social media programs
Effectively measure the success of all social media activities and develop comprehensive reporting to share results with the company
Analyzing and evaluating developments in the social media sector, competition, new technologies and target groups
Above average degree in marketing, journalism or comparable
3+ years of experience in social media marketing and community management
In-depth understanding of different social media channels and audience building
Advanced skills in social media analytics
Ability to proactively identify opportunities in a rapidly growing and changing working environment and a strong problem-solving mentality;
Enthusiastic for new trends & changes in social media landscape
Quick to adapt to new projects and tasks
Creative, with an eye for engaging content both in written and visual form
Keen to analyze and test new ideas
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in German, English, other languages a plus
