For our location in Berlin we are looking for

Digital Marketing Business Partner (m/f/d)

Tasks:

  • Act as single point of contact for internal customers and partners to consult, enable and execute digital marketing performance marketing programs, develop best practises, and deliver on business requirements while managing stakeholder expectations

  • Own digital marketing demand & request intake process from internal and potentially external customers (ensure qualified briefings)

  • Design, and execute new processes to be more effective at day to day work

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-market with internal and external stakeholders to ideate, iterate and launch successful measures and campaigns across a wide range of disciplines e.g. lead generation, search (SEA/SEO), display, social, content, marketing automation, email.

  • Consolidate and negotiate marketing budgets ensuring effective resource allocation

  • Keep aware and ahead of industry and competitor insights for the external perspective

  • Conduct assessments of marketing capabilities and performance to drive digital marketing strategy, planning and resource deployment along the sales funnel on a BA level

  • Oversee agency portfolio and agency performance such as SEO, creative, content and media

Qualifications:

  • Above average degree in economics, marketing or comparable (Master)

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track-record to build and manage growth programs

  • 3+ years working in multi-country and multi-brand setup with complex matrix organizations

  • 1+ years overseas assignment experience preferred

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and touchpoints e.g. search (SEA/SEO), display, social, content, CRM, email. marketing automation as well as digital agency landscape

  • Proven track-record of planning and executing successful digital marketing programs

  • Excellent project-management skills, able to communicate complex analytical results

  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools, and ability to understand customer requirements

  • Basic technical understanding of machine tools, data-driven "Industry 4.0" solution

  • Excellent German and English skills, preferably an additional foreign language

  • Structured self-starter and hunter mentality who is driven to make a difference

  • Can do mentality to implement with small budgets; Start-up mentality and start-up tools

  • Passionate by driving things forward

  • Entrepreneurial mind-set

  • Strong representative skills
