Digital Marketing Project Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks:

  • Lead digital marketing projects with all business areas of the corporate group
  • Conduct assessments of digital marketing capabilities and performance of BAs
  • Work with business stakeholders to ideate, develop and launch campaigns, conduct A/B tests, capture feedback and refine successive campaigns
  • Drive strategy and development of specific digital marketing approaches for all business areas along the sales funnel
  • Guide business areas on technology solution choices, selection criteria and vendor trade-offs
  • Play the role of a coach to develop and implement test & learn programs in business areas
  • Support the development of playbooks, standards, governance, and processes to help develop capabilities
  • Drive alignment and maintain relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Advance the units overall knowledge base by contributing to and expanding the diagnostic and assessment toolkit and approach

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience executing and/or leading digital marketing programs
  • Experience in working in multi-country and multi-brand setup
  • Deep understanding of how to use digital marketing channels, techniques, and operating models
  • Ability to plan, lead, and execute campaigns and programs across digital media
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing and advertising technology ecosystem
  • Understanding of the digital agency landscape
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools, and ability to understand customer requirements
  • Basic technical understanding of machine tools, data-driven "Industry 4.0" solution
