For our location in Berlin we are looking for
You will be a member of the Ideation and Scouting Team and support the team with your product development, market analysis or technology scouting expertise
You will identify new business opportunities for launching new products and services inside the Körber Group or new ventures for Körber Digital
You will analyze meaningful business problems and opportunities, ensuring both creativity and relevance of the solutions
You will lead, facilitate, and moderate workshops across all Körber Business Areas and with external customers and conduct user research
You will assess potential business models and conduct sensitivity analysis identifying the variables influencing the model and evaluate alternative business cases
You will benchmark emerging technologies and analyze the most suitable to the project requirements
You will support our project leads in facing all challenges that come with digital transformation processes inside a successful company
Knowledge about applicable technologies in Manufacturing 4.0 and Digital Transformation
Significant experience in all stages of the innovation process, from idea assessment, to product development, incubation, commercialization and scale
Background in consulting or in digital product management in corporate environments, design agencies, startups and incubators or accelerators
Market orientation – thinking from a customer’s perspective is part of your DNA
Affinity to agile/customer-centric development methods or motivated and eagerness to quickly acquire agile/customer-centric development skill set and sprint logic
Ability to communicate effectively with all-levels employees in multiple business verticals (e.g., marketing, technical sales, finance, R&D, planning, operations, shopfloor...)
Experience in B2B businesses
Fluent in Business English, German would be a definite plus
