For our location in L√ľneburg / Germany we are looking for

Senior Trainer (m/f/d)


  • Supervise design, documentation and maintenance of Trainings offered by the Werum Academy
  • Investigate (new) PAS-X modules and features to apply knowledge to Training classes
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve design, documentation and objective of Training classes
  • Organize and teach advanced best practice PAS-X Trainings for the life sciences industry
  • Oversee IT professionals engaged in the design of Training content
  • Manage, monitor and implement Werum Academy work packages according to operation needs
  • Participate in the design of Training classes
  • Design and develop rich media (e-learning) content according to best practice industry standards
  • Assist in building relationships with clients and developing opportunities


  • A degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant field
  • Five (5) years of experience in the life sciences industry
  • Long-standing experience as a trainer
  • Knowledge of life science requirements for MES vendors
  • Proficiency in the PAS-X application
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills; a second language is mandatory
  • Understanding of and ability to apply life science skills and concepts
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and GMP/GAMP principles
  • Great attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders according to operation objectives
