For our location in Berlin we are looking for
Define a strategy to ensure a great employee experience and a successful and sustainable global recruiting strategy
Work with the management team to determine hiring targets and develop profiles and specifications
Efficiently convert high potential candidates including navigating local HR, legal and practice requirements around offer structure, compensation and administration
Define and execute a competitive compensation and benefits scheme
Work with management stakeholders to ensure success of new hires, including altering hiring criteria and adapting integration/professional development programs
Keep abreast of cutting-edge knowledge topics relevant to recruiting and professional development area (attend knowledge training days, collect intelligence from the market, and identify trends and patterns)
Develop the skills and capabilities of other members of the team
Track key success and performance metrics, identify and recommend improvement opportunities, and ensure talent remains a top priority agenda item
Shape our culture and organization and be a trusted partner for all business areas and stakeholders
At least 5 years of experience in leading high-performance HR teams
Track record of defining and executing an awesome employee experience
Distinct problem solving competencies and outstanding communication skills
Strong team player with start-up attitude and high motivation
Experience in recruiting and interviewing high potential candidates
Experience in defining, setting up and implementing state of the art training and development methodologies
Active driver of current HR trends
Keen on developing and improving key HR processes
Open-minded, enthusiastic and positive personality
Fluency in German and English
