For our location in Maia we are looking for:

Field Services & Spare Parts Manager (M/F)

Tasks:

  • Propose products and services from Consoveyo’s service portfolio to new and existing customers;
  • Negotiate and sell service contracts; 
  • Manage customer accounts and intensify the relationships build at different levels within an organization; 
  • Set (financial) targets, prepare business and account plans;
  • Keep up-to-date with market developments and take the lead in identifying opportunities, encouraging other departments to innovate and improve the service portfolio;
  • Continuously look for new business expansion opportunities;
  • Develop and implement the Spare Parts business and package proposals;
  • Identify and implement improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant university degree; 
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an account manager in an industrial/logistics environment; 
  • Affinity with industrial systems and service business;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; 
  • An excellent command of the English language; 
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients and provide coaching and feedback as needed to ensure their high performance.
