Inside Sales Agent (digital) - full-time (m/f/x)


As one of our Inside Sales Agent you will be responsible for qualifying generated leads (client contacts) via digital marketing channels. As a first step, you’ll be using social networks and websites to further validate generated data in our internal CRM system. You will then start contacting potential cleints using e-mail and telephone to set up appointments (onsite or phone) for our existing sales team. For a perfect start, you will receive a state-of-the-art training on the industry and our solutions.

  • You’ll work your way through lead lists containing potential client contacts which have been generated by our marketing automation team.
  • You’ll use websites and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) to enrich the generated data with additional data points in our internal CRM solution (e.g. Salesforce or Hubspot).
  • You’ll get in touch with interested potential clients based on our CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or Hubspot) and qualify them further.
  • You’ll activate inbound leads at international companies to set up a first appointment (sales call).
  • Your goal is arranging appointments with potential customers and keeping them interested in our company and handing them over to our sales team eventually.
  • You are able to plan your working day independently and measurable results are an important part of your success.
  • You’ll always ensure highest data quality.


Your Background:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a client facing role as a Business Development Representative, Inside Sales Agent or in a similar function
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to work in a structured environment and to use CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Experience in the mechanical engineering, software, packaging, consulting or pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English, other languages are a plus
