For our location in Blackpool we are looking for

Solutions Consultant


  • Carrying out detailed system architecture and design for new customer solutions
  • Working collaboratively with other software providers during the design and implementation of our solutions.
  • Leading implementation projects including technical project meetings
  • Leading onsite aspects of implementations
  • Supporting customers at all levels, from warehouse operatives to management level
  • Working collaboratively with internal technical and project teams
  • Writing test scripts for testing our solutions
  • Being a main point of contact in a customer/project relationship
  • Installing our software solutions on test servers and live servers and out on our customer’s sites
  • Carrying out scripted testing of our software solutions at head office and at the customer’s site
  • Training external or internal users of all levels to use our solution via one-to-one or classroom based methods
  • Creating high quality technical and end-user product documentation (e.g. updating customer user guides with software updates)


  • Any relevant qualifications or experience covering the above will be considered.
  • 2 years experience in Logistics or IT
  • Must be flexible to travel within UK on an ad-hoc basis with opportunity to travel internationall
  • A full UK driving license is essential
