For our location in Berlin we are looking for

(Senior) SEO & Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks:

  • Plan and execute a multi-year SEO B2B content marketing strategy for B2B lead generation substantially increase organic traffic, signups, and conversions

  • Build a deep understanding of the strategic role of SEO among executive stakeholders, then clearly communicate the execution and impact of that strategy

  • Conduct SEO trainings and workshops to train various cross-functional groups

  • Keyword research to improve SEO performance of our websites and landing pages globally and continuous updating and optimization using web monitoring and reporting

  • Support performance marketing by creating and reviewing Copies for landing pages, Native Ads, Facebook Ads and more

  • Support in the production of various content formats such as infographics or guidebook videos

  • Maintaining our content management systems

Qualifications:

  • Above average degree in economics, marketing or comparable

  • 5+ years SEO working experience

  • Deep expertise in the tactics of technical SEO such as server-side rendering, crawling, voice search across all major search engines

  • Ability to deliver organic results without compromising the brand experience for users

  • Ability to communicate organic risks and opportunities to executive stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of BI and SEO tools. (We use Looker, Redshift, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Search Console, Stat, and SEM Rush)

  • Proven ability to develop in-house team members and manage agency partner

  • Turn complex into responsive and understandable web content

  • Creative mind with ideas for new topics and content formats

  • Experience with various content management systems

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in German and English

  • Knowledge of web technologies like HTML / CSS, XML, JavaScript

  • Fluency in English, German skills are a plus
