For our location in Berlin we are looking for

Social Media & Community Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks:

  • Develop and execute a global social media strategy (channel & content) for all social media channels, in close alignment with the company’s communication strategy;

  • Lead day by day operations related to all phases of Social Media management and content creation (ideation, content calendar, cross-team coordination for content production, community management, tracking, reporting)

  • Provide new ideas to engage with both existing and potential audiences on Social Media and our online communities

  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, organic inbound traffic and customer satisfaction

  • Support the international expansion of our communities

  • Build and maintain our digital community, especially on digital channels and live events.

  • Support local Business Area marketing specialists with development and execution of local social media programs

  • Effectively measure the success of all social media activities and develop comprehensive reporting to share results with the company

  • Analyzing and evaluating developments in the social media sector, competition, new technologies and target groups

Qualifications:

  • Above average degree in marketing, journalism or comparable

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and community management

  • In-depth understanding of different social media channels and audience building

  • Advanced skills in social media analytics

  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities in a rapidly growing and changing working environment and a strong problem-solving mentality;

  • Enthusiastic for new trends & changes in social media landscape

  • Quick to adapt to new projects and tasks

  • Creative, with an eye for engaging content both in written and visual form

  • Keen to analyze and test new ideas

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in German, English, other languages a plus
