For our location in Porto we are looking for

Service Product Management Engineer

Tasks:

Working closely together with KLS Service Product Management and the company’s Customer Service department, and interfacing with Service Sales, Marketing and PM functions, this person will translate generic KLS products to company offering, i.e. assuring it fits companies’ internal processes, products, organizational set-up, service sales approach, contracts, pricing, training, etc.

Key responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor service portfolio development in terms of growth and margin;
  • Tailor and adjust generic harmonized KLS Service products to tailored company fit;
  • Establish harmonized KLS service product development process at company;
  • Prepare company specific sales argumentation, marketing material;
  • development of new service products, incl. digitized service products;
  • Train Sales and Service Sales organization on Service products and sales approach;
  • Translate customer requirements into service product portfolio;
  • Actively work on PPS / PMS process at company;
  • Provide service business intelligence;
  • Prepare pricing strategy for product portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • College degree, preferably in Service Management;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar tasks;
  • Service design mindset;
  • Solid Project management and Process engineering skills;
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
