For our location in Berlin we are looking for
Posting and tracking of job announcements on various channels
Running direct search via Xing and LinkedIn
Screening of incoming applications
Coordinating interviews with potential job candidates
Supporting the team in the optimization of recruiting strategies
Enrolled university student in the areas of Business Administration, Communications, Psychology or equivalent, ideally with HR focus
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate on a high professional level
High level of integrity and discretion in handling highly confidential information
Strong interest in digital, fast-moving environments
Previous experience in Recruiting/HR is a plus
Fluency in English and German
