A rare opportunity exists on our Worldwide Support team to resolve a variety of technical issues for the HighJump software suite. This exciting role will require the ability to troubleshoot a variety of complex customer problems with the HighJump software suite, Windows OS, SQL Server and Oracle databases, Crystal and SSRS reports, Bartender and Loftware printing solutions, and other 3rd party vendor software. This position will also interface with customer administrator and IT teams, project leaders, product developers, and implementers on support issues and assisting with the research of problems.
Training will be provided on HighJump specific tools, and an experienced and collaborative support team is always available to assist. This position may require a rotational on-call support and backup assistance for 24/7 coverage.
